Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Konbi has always been a thuggish dragon, resorting to violence and bullying when his demands are not immediately met. Even as a hatchling Konbi had shown concerning tendency to intimidate and terrorize his nest mates. While the adults of the tribe would do their best to keep their children away from Konbi, the arrogant autumn would somehow still find a way and coerce something from the little ones. In fact, this is how Konbi received his name. When Konbi was stilled unnamed and searching a perfect title that would strike fear into the hearts of others, he stumbled across a little fin dragon named Konbi. The autumn suddenly decided that he must have that name and that none other would do, so he promptly "suggested" that the little fin give up his name. The fin refused and was never seen again, much to the horror of the other dragons in the tribe. Konbi claimed the name for good and to this day he looks back fondly on the memory of his first "suggestion".
