Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shadeslayer Raistlin, also known as Shay or Raist, is not good. Yet he is not evil either. He does not choose sides, only fights those that threaten the lives of himself or those he needs. For the moment... He is power-hungry, but knows where the line lies between no-mans-land and evil... He only cares about his mate, the fiery Seraphina. She also is neutral, as shown by her red color. Shay was born into evil lands, which shows why he is black (the marking of evil), from a good mother who had been taken from a raided town. However, when he was rescued by his mother's clan, they tried to manipulate him. Hence, he belongs to no one clan, and is loyal only to himself and Seraphina. Beware, for if you approach, you do not know whether he will consider you friend... or foe.
