Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is clearly a water animal.

And look! Its fins have grown larger! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

TropicalOceanStorm is a Two-Finned Bluna Dragon hatchling who loves dolphins. Sometimes he claims he actually is a dolphin, to the amusement of his pod-mates. TropicalOceanStorm is good friends with a pod of bottle-nosed dolphins. He spends a lot of time with his dolphin friends, trying to blow bubble rings. Dolphins have it easier with their blowhole, but TropicalOceanStorm has to blow bubbles out his nose. Even so, he has managed to blow one bubble ring, but he's never been able to do it since then.
