Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This stone dragon is naturally of a nervous disposition and prone to imitating a misshapen boulder whenever other dragons happen to be nearby. Some time ago, a younger dragon attempted to deploy a practical joke on her, involving a dead mouse and several twigs; it backfired, and instead pushed her fragile mind well over the edge. She is now completely insane and hallucinates on a constant basis.<br/>While her condition is not the kind that could easily be cured by a healer, the local white dragons did brainstorm an ingenious solution: by feeding her mysteriously-glowing ore in very specific doses, they found that it was possible to make Reigoten hallucinate that she was completely fine. However, this is not a perfect technique; its lack of precision is the reason why Reigoten often spends entire days lying on her back outside her cave and giggling.
