Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fiercer was stolen by her master's purple dragon at the main cave, when she was coming back from hunting. This dragon adopted Fiercer, yet they only spent a little of their time together—The guardian dragon of the cave looked after Fiercer while her adopted mum went out playing and laughing with her mates. When Fiercer grew up, she immediately took a liking to her master's skywing, and they had two skywing eggs. Fiercer now spends her time with her mate, and, both being dragons of flight by name and nature, are most often flying around and hunting together. Fiercer's favourite past time is to fly at night, to look into the sky and see the twinkling stars, and the mysterious white orb up there that her master calls 'the moon'. In Fiercer's opinion it looks like a Christmas decoration! Fiercer's favourite food is birds, yet chickens she will not have, as she knows perfectly well that most dragon families include chickens.
