Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Breathless Battaglia can hold a crowd. Not a single dragon knows how he does it, but he can lead battalions of other dragons to go out and do his bidding, somehow not getting himself in trouble along the way.

It's an ability that many dragons wished they had, but Breathless Battaglia can command it especially well. With the wind at his back and the sun shining on his head—a good day, a very good day—he can get tens and hundreds of dragons to join whatever cause he's fighting for.

A few think that it's him threatening the other dragons with his windy powers, but other think it's charisma alone. It's certainly strange.

He'll refer to himself as a friendleader instead of just their leader, though. A strange little quirk, when he's clearly the one commanding them, but nobody fights him on that either. Nobody really fights Breathless Battaglia at all.

Probably because he can just grab a bunch of dragons to fight those that go against him.
