Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kinirosuisei Shoseki Kasaishishi O, meaning Golden Comet Trail of the Fire Lion family, is a very mysterious and rarely seen dragon who was found inside a giant crater in the midst of a foggy part of the forbidden forest. He was but a young hatchling at the time, with an odd birth mark on his right hip of a comet-like shape. He never made a sound, usually staying away from the other hatchlings and hunting on his own. Once he reached adulthood and was able to fly, he was never heard from again. Despite this, there have been stories told of a Magi dragon with a comet-like birth mark on his hip who sometimes saves villages and people.
