Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!

Almerald Dragons are an unusual species. They have gem-like protrusions along their spine that brighten and darken depending on their mood. In addition, their body temperature grows warmer during periods of excitement, and cooler during darker moods such as anger or depression; as such, it is fairly easy to read an Almerald’s emotions. Their mood can change quickly at times, going from calm to angry in a matter of seconds. If their anger becomes bad enough they can become a frightening opponent. Adults are not normally high in energy, so they hunt infrequently and prefer to lazily consume large quantities of fruits and nuts.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Even the Detested One is somewhat unnerved by this strange dragon.
Evil honestly believes that evil has an exact formula, and with the right combination of herbs and other questionable ingredients, he can make a potion which can turn even the sweetest, kindest dragon into a bloodthirsty psychopath. He spends pretty much all of his time in his cave, mixing and boiling together so many things, his cave has a permanent miasma of vileness around his cave, choking the surrounding flora of all life, leaving the area dead and lifeless.
That said, Evil is as lazy as any Almerald, and as a result, not only does he effectively force his Magelight assistant to go out searching for the ingredients he needs, it's actually extremely rare that any of his concoctions get finished, instead being left to boil down into a thick, useless goo that he dumps outside his cave before moving on to the next potion.
Needless to say, he has yet to find his "perfect potion of evil".
