Shallow Water Dragons are found in tropical regions where the water is warm. They use their magic to hunt, using bubbles to capture small fish and animals. Their large, webbed feet make them excellent swimmers and they are able to move at very high speeds. Due to their bright color, these dragons are easily spotted in the lagoons where they live.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

No one quite knows what to make of Owen. Even as a hatchling, he spun rather fanciful tales. Typically about himself and whats more placing him on a pedestal, where his very word was blessed and golden.

He thinks highly of himself and has tried several times to turn others into his servants. They simply roll their eyes, strongly reminded of Star's eldest son Neano in his youth. It's true that the pair are quite similar, but with a few major differences.

See, Neano lives on this little planet called Earth. Owen lives on Earth too, but he also believes he shall one day be the supreme overlord. His inflated ego tells him so. He has declared he cannot be defeated by anyone, not even Creorluna's crazed leader Izdati. However, should he ever encounter the insane dictator, odds are that he won't be stupid enough to stick around, even at the risk of being seen as a coward. Its difficult to fault him on this, considering the many lives that have been ruined by Izdati single-handedly.
