White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Her feathers as white as the newly fallen snow for which she was named, gentle, innocent Laraka was the pride and joy of her parents. She saw only good, and never understood why some dragons were treated as less than others.

But then her pale blue eyes changed color--- a rarity in Whites. They turned a striking yellow, marking her with a psycic gift called the Sight that was thought to be a curse. Little Laraka, sweet as honey, harmless as a leaf, was hunted for her possession of the Sight. Running from a group of rouges led by her evil aunt and her brother, Fell, changed her. Her spirit hardened and her will strengthened, and she journeyed to stop her aunt from enslaving all dragons with fear. But rather than kill her, which like all Whites, Laraka could not do, she pulled her over a cliff to her death, and sacrificing her own life.

They now speak of Laraka's Blessing, to ask the right to walk on another's territory in memory of the brave dragon who freed them all.
