Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Despite the size of an average Cheese dragon, Cilo is not a well of cleverness. Cilo wanders around the hatchlings—which is quite dangerous since it is made out of cheese—usually getting very near them and even petting them... Or tries to. The hatchlings cannot resist and start biting at the first second they see Cilo. Fortunately, Cilo's body somehow grows again if Cilo is bitten or cut. The strangest of it all, is that Cilo claims to be tasty, and doesn't mind to get bitten.
