White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ita'istar Kiirar is less a name than it is a title. It means Illusionist Chronicler, and that's pretty much what he is. He enjoys using his magic to create illusions in the cave. Some of the hatchlings find him fascinating, especially when he gives in, and does special illusions for them.

His favorite hatchling is little Vanimle sila tiri. He is a dragon horse hatchling who walked into Master Blackrobe's stasis field. He named him, and treats him as his own hatchling.
