Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hatched under the violent tremors of an earthquake, Sage was born with a grumpy and ill-tempered attitude. He normally wallows in the density of the forests or mountains, seeking peace and solitude. Any one who passes by his dwelling is introduced to a vicious roar, followed by an earthquake or a landslide. The only living creature that has ever been seen within a 10 foot radius of him is Oasis, his older sister, a Canopy Dragon. She normally brings him food and water that she foraged from the forest, to make sure he stays healthy. Rumors even say that he manages a smile around her, however those onlooking the scene are normally scared off by a falling tree or other disaster.
