White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Earl is a stuffy old-fashioned sort of dragon. He believes in keeping a firm upper lip in the face of hardship and that a curt nod is all the acknowledgement needed between friends. He really can't understand all that touchy-feely stuff younger dragons get up to these days. In his world that's for hatchlings and Drakes and no way to behave for a proper, civilized dragon.

In the evenings he likes to spend time with like-minded individuals in a remote part of the caves where no dragonesses are allowed and they share peace and quiet and a civilized glass of brandy.
