Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys sunning itself in the morning light.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Gretal takes her job as a Fwasil seriously. A Fwasil is a servant of the clan leader. Okay, back to Gretal. Gretal yells a lot, and often tells other hatchlings to "back off" when they're messing with her. Sometimes she will fight them, but she'll always win. She's definitely not the best hatchling to be around with, and sometimes she'll get bored and bite others. However, she is a VERY loyal servant of Alanthorna, and almost never makes a mistake or a wrong command. That's strange because she is a very mean hatchling, but obeys all of Alanthorna's rules. Gretal is one of the weirdest dragons of the clan.
