White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rivertalon is the Medicine Dragon of the cave. His healing skills are amazing, even for a white dragon, and so he was rewarded this great honor. Other than healing the other dragons, Rivertalon also trains his helper and apprentice Flyingfire and communicates with the spirits of those who have passed on. Though Chillstar is truly the leader of the cave, Rivertalon has a humongous say on what happens. Rivertalon is a serious dragon who knows his duty and will not let anything stop him from helping and healing the other dragons. He is kind and gentle, especially to hatchlings.
