Avatars of Change are unpredictable, exuberant dragons whose unique connection to magic has saturated their entire bodies. It is said that possessing one of their iridescent scales can change one’s fate, and many have sought the favor of these dragons hoping to receive a scale as a gift.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Winds Of Change is a fast and agile flyer with a carefree and inquisitive nature; he loves flying precariously close to people or animals to get a good look at what they are doing. Sometimes he snatches away some food or shiny object, and sometimes he scares people witless (especially at night), but he means no harm, he just wants to play.

Feeling the gust of wind from his wings as he flies past is seen as a sure sign that this person's life is going to change for the better, so people tolerate his antics quite gladly.
