Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Wolfwood is a quite, and respected dragon. He has been known for a good story for the hatchlings. Night by night, his cave is filled with cheerful giggles of happiness, and squeals of shock. He is respected by the older dragons, and loved by the hatchlings. He is often referred to as a 'good story", by some hatchlings, he just laughs, and enjoys their company. His dear friends are Gunslinger and Zorin Blitz, when he isn't telling the stories to the hatchling, he is often heard chuckling and talking with them, they go on, for hours, before going off for rest.
