Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rinbyoutou is a crusader, incapable of sitting idle while the world suffers from injustice. The Kyokos Vale is peaceful, for few would dare encroach on dragon territory, but the surrounding lands are rife with adversity. Brigands swarm in the hills and pirates plunder the seas, while nightmare creatures stalk the shadows in between. So Rinbyoutou travels, tracking rumors of foul deeds and dark influence to their source, and then like a ray from the sun, shining and glorious, the white flame of his magic purges evil from the land. Unfortunately, Rinbyoutou is only one dragon, and despite his ironclad belief in the triumph of good over evil that prompts him to charge in defiance of the odds, he is not invulnerable. In the past he often returned to the Vale at the end of his limit, utterly drained of magic and staggering from fresh wounds. But ever since romance blossomed between him and Mukaebi, her tender concern has convinced him to take better care of his own life.
