The Bob is the chicken of all chickens. Growing up with dragons, she has come to think of herself as a dragon, and believes herself far superior to all other dragons. She believes that dragons ignoring her are actually the dragons cowering in fear of her and refuse to meet her most ferocious gaze. Obviously, she's a narcissist.
