Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dimondro Thuwed SpiritGrace (after the gemstone: Diamond) is Clan Mystal member number 964, joining the clan as if destiny itself intervened. The Clan Mother happened upon his egg while on a journey home from a holiday festival with a neighboring clan. Although she had never before seen this particular breed of dragon, she had heard enough rumors to know instantly how very precious it was. He poked his wee head through the shattered shell on the day of birth, letting out a jubilant squeal of joy and love, endearing himself for all time to all the clan.

Curious, the Clan Mother beseeched the Clan Elders to divine his origins with their mighty magics, and soon discovered his noble and honorable lineage. It was by the grace of the season's spirit that she had found him atop the snow, forever more bound to his cheer and warm tidings!
