Floret Wyverns are an elegant breed, named for the flowerlike mane and tail each individual possesses. They project small fields of magic around themselves that calm those in the field’s proximity, for a short while replacing anxiety and anger with peace-of-mind. Florets are strikingly wise; they often share their knowledge of the world with whomever is willing to listen and learn. They are very faithful to those close to them, and are especially devoted to their partners and young. It is said that the lasting friendship of a Floret is one of the highest testaments to one’s true character.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
As a side profession, Hodokosu prototypes aerial dance accessories and jewelry. Every month he's approached by artisans both human and draconic to test out various new decorations they hope to provide to dragon dancers performing at the local festivals. It's thanks to Hodo's diligence (and willingness to perform some very awkward flying maneuvers) that the eventual models have ribbons that don't tangle mid-flight and necklace chains that don't wind up flung into someone's face. Hodo hopes to someday have a whole team of dragons performing a similar task. After all, he reasons, he's a decent example for dragons his size, but there are plenty of talented sky dancers whose measurements are quite different from his. Hodo believes that no one should be excluded from getting to wear pretty things while they dance, and moreover, being safe from accessory malfunctions while doing so.
