Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Gensan likes eating messy food. Whether it's juicy plant stems that leave green residue on his claws, or heavily ripened fruit practically bursting with flavor, the messier the better because afterwards Gensan can happily lick his paws in satisfaction. There's just something incomparably enjoyable about having those last traces of the meal, Gensan claims. Naturally, this sort of behavior means that he pretty much never gets invited to the fancier clan festivals where he might embarrass the rest of the family with his eating habits. Gensan doesn't particularly care, since he's always found it silly to need to make up rules over something as simple as eating a good meal.
