Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Crafted from the cast-aside damaged spell tomes of the Cave's long-absent caregiver, Oghma is a wellspring of knowledge of the Arcane, Divine, and Mundane. The years spent since his Master's disappearance and lack of maintenance on the runes binding this construct to velum has rendered his thinking somewhat fractured. Though he has access to all of that knowledge, he often gives vague, disconnected answers to any questions asked of him. Those few that seek his consultation have stated he's more infuriating to work with then an Oracle of any sort.

Aside from this, it has been business as usual. Dragons of the more intelligent breeds still seek to glean information from both him and his scrolls, which of course means that the once-glistening library needs to be kept in a good state. His organizational skills are still immaculate, so that seems to never be an issue, though the regular visitors will oft hear him singing something about having a heart late at nights.
