White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shiva is well known in her cave for her incredible soft spot for abandoned creatures. On more than one occasion she has traveled to nearby caves and carried home abandoned hatchlings without even informing her keeper, StellarWing. Shiva has also amassed a large number of "pets"; squirrels, birds, and other such critters that she found injured or alone and took it upon herself to care for. The other dragons carefully avoid making a snack out of these creatures due to their great respect for Shiva, and her position as one of the eldest.
