White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Vapour is more than a talented healer. The sleek, white dragon is downright brilliant. Despite this, the other dragons in Laura-Lana's clan rarely come to her for help. They even prefer absentminded Snowpearl over Vapour.

Vapour shows an unhealthy interest in eggs and hatchlings who are not her own.

More than one hatchling who was born from a dragon healed by Vapour turned out to look different. Those Alt dragons occur even without her involvement but she seems to make matters worse.
