Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Kami-Bai stands for Paper-Fold in japanese. When he is flying about he can't entirely control where he is going because the wind sometimes. He is often either drawn or painted on by others, but he doesn't mind one bit. He loves being decorated and drawn on. He does not fly during winter or rainy season because he gets very sick.
