Sapo Dragons are a playful aquatic breed of dragon with soft, slippery scales. They are known for the beautiful, vibrant colors of their fins, which grow more vivid as they age, and for the bubbles they create. A Sapo may make bubbles to decorate their underwater nests, mark their territory, greet another dragon, or simply because they feel like it. Their delicate skin and thin scales are prone to external parasites, and so Sapo dragons are also fastidious groomers who will spend a considerable amount of time cleaning themselves, even using their bubbles to help blast away any unwanted debris.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Takashio likes to experiment with the bubbles he makes, using mana to change their color and add fun effects. So far, he's had a few mishaps when certain elements really don't mix well with bubbles, but nevertheless he considers his dabbling to have produced quite a lot of entertaining combinations. His favorite bubbles are infused with small amounts of air and light mana, which cause them to produce a shimmery glow while floating several feet in midair. He's still working on using fire mana to create bubbles that will give off heat for cold winter nights, but he's yet to find out how to prevent them from exploding when they pop.
