Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lunir Galax is the ruler of the Tribe of Nebulas. She is respected among both her Tribe and the other Tribes with their leaders, and rightly so, as well. She is fast and furious in battle and ready to join a war, but not quite so quick to start one. She cannot be called peaceful, but she does not generate wars where it is not necessary.

Lunir is a strong-minded adult dragon, and rarely caves under pressure. She is passionate about her views and stubborn about the way she does things. She is orderly and also quite neat, but only because she enjoys knowing where certain items are. She is very precise about grouping alike things together.

Few want to oppose her, although there has been some grumbling among the males about her lack of want for a male alongside her, although she has allowed one named Torik Ender to have a small amount of power, lesser then hers but greater then the others'. So she is a just, respected dragon, yet also rightfully feared.
