Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nosaj is a dragon always surrounded by friends; highly sociable, though a good part of him is still also introverted. He is very caring and protective of the friends he has, even if they come and go over time. His approachability, kind and generous nature are what draw others to him like hummingbirds to nectar. He is not afraid to speak his mind though, and can be very blunt with others. Some are offended by this whilst others appreciate his honest nature- either way, Nosaj will not change his own beliefs or attitudes because of those around him. He is also a somewhat reliable character- you can always be sure he will arrive late to any kind of gathering! Nosaj hasn't had an easy time growing up, but all the experiences come together to give a loved and friendly dragon whom anyone would endeavor to call a friend.
