Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. This hatchling seems to be filled with a fell, inner flame.

And look! Its wings have grown, and it’s become bigger, more aggressive, and much hotter.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Chisana kisho is already as bad as a full grown hellfire dragon. She snaps at people who look at her funny and always seems to be mad. She has been raised by her mother, Dai kibona kisho, who is also very short tempered like most hellfire dragons, but she has an extra short fuse. Chisana got yelled at a lot by her mother when she was younger and so now she yells at everyone else.

Her name means short temper.
