Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Brujan is the product of years of dedicated breeding control and genetic research. In order to continue his family line and produce children, a mate must be found that has the same lineage pattern as him. It has become apparent over the years that no such dragon can be found, instead, she must be made. Already the grandparents of his nonexistent mate are trying to produce the parents. The breeders working with Brujan keep telling him how perfect his new mate is going to be, how beautifully they will compliment each other and what gorgeous children they will produce. They throw around words like "true-love" and "soulmate", but Brujan isn't quite sure it works like that. He has faith in his breeders though, and he will try to be open-minded. He does think it's really weird that he'll have to watch his future mate grow up from just an egg, though.
