Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Cyndia is the fastest dragon in the pack. She is constantly challenging dragons to races, and almost always wins. In a fight, she is the first one to get to the battle because of her speed, and dodges attacks easily. Her tail is her best weapon. She uses it to whip at rival dragons, forcing them to back away. She also uses it to strangle other dragons by wrapping it around their necks and squeezing. She loves climbing trees, and grips on with her tail. She also loves hanging upside-down on a tree branch, and will sometimes use her tail to swing back and forth and to tree to tree.
