Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Because of his discipline and determination he assists his best friend Abhay Adis in making his theories and plans realized. The clan nicknames the both of them as Yin and Yang as they perfectly balance each other. Despite their regular arguing they make a great and loyal team. Boyd is uncomfortable with physical contact and has a phobia of germs, which make his exceptionally rare hugs extremely awkward and painful-looking. Boyd has difficulty coping when he is interrupted, when asked to keep a secret, or when he hears arguing. Boyd is noted for his strong horns and long razor sharp claws giving him a noble demeanor. Boyd's lack of imagination makes him envious of creative dragons, knowing that it is very important.
