Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Grethgreen's lack of wings has always bothered him. To be a grounded dragon, in his eyes, was the height of shame. If that wasn't bad enough, he didn't even have the size to seem like a true dragon. He'd hatched among a family of orange dragons, who had protected him and kept an eye out for his safety. Their enormous size and incredibly potent magic abilities kept other dragons away, but Grethgreen hated being reliant on them. He decided to leave them and find a nice, hidden place to live out the rest of his life in independent solitude. After relaying his plans the the orange dragons, they tried to convince him that they could make a cave hidden by magic to keep him safe, but he was determined to rely on no one, and thus set out without an inkling of where to go. After a mere two days, Grethgreen found himself the unwilling prey of a Hellfire Wyvern. Sheer luck pulled him through that encounter, and he returned to the safety of the orange dragons, perfectly happy to be dependent.
