Scimitar-wing Wyverns are a small breed, eating mainly birds and small vertebrates; as such, they lack the large teeth and heavy claws of their larger cousins. They are far from defenseless, however, and are named for the blade-like growth that forms over the first digit of their wings. The wyverns use these blades to defend themselves from any attacker. Their blades are quite strong and can cut through almost any scale or hide.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Unlike others of her kind, this young Scimitar-Wing dragoness' blades grew in dull and blunt rather than razor-sharp. Despite this, she is a skilled fighter who can still deal plenty of damage with her baton-like wings. Codenamed "Mockingbird", she was once a valued agent of S.W.O.R.D. until she and her partner were caught spying in the restricted territory of a powerful rival clan. To appease that clan and prevent further conflict, the pair was forced to resign from the organization and have now gone deep into hiding for their own protection.
