Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Like most dragons, Jay Indiana loves gold and treasures. He is a strange dragon in that he prefers to find treasures rather than steal them from humans. He can be found around the globe but prefers the desert. His keen nose scents out old burial tombs and the mounds of gold and treasures often hidden within. He brings back favored pieces to his cave and takes great pleasure whipping away any threat he perceives. Only his Brood Brother Cyrus Sky is allowed in, as he has no interest in shinny things (only his sky domain).
