Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

The curious child of a Bloodscale and a Two-headed Lindwurm, this female's heads are exceedingly different from one another and yet still very close. The right head adores all things relating to science, while the left is easy-going and attuned to nature. As such, the two often have long discussions about the true nature of the world, and whether the logic behind the things or the actual things themselves are more important. When not debating such things, the two cheerfully gossip about males and treasure and their dream dens, often scampering off to poke their heads into any hole, tunnel, or ruin they can find.
