Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Korrigash is a rambunctious young dragon, often getting himself into unpleasant situations. A personality like this, which he has possessed since hatching, makes most elder dragons and even a few hatchlings steer clear of him, as they cannot keep up with his hyperactivity. Of course, Korrigash does not like to be alone and will constantly seek the attention of others. When there is nobody to play with, this young hatchling can be found getting into mischief by himself or climbing to treetops in search of food.
