Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

I hope that I don't fall in love—or Hope for short—has watched her father going on about mating dragons and dragonesses far and wide and she has watched in horror as usually rational and intelligent dragons started to behave as if they've grown completely mad.
