Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

One of the most appealing golds in the Gold Clan, it is near impossible to look at Eagla and fall in love with her beauty and figure. Her looks are only surpassed by both her attitude and ability; she is overall amazing because she can hunt as well as the males and is kind to everyone she meets. Not yet wanting to engage in a relationship, she rejects affection from any potential mate. This resulted in jealous attacks from turned-away dragons who could not get over themselves. Because of this, she also always has offers from male dragons—even from non-gold clans!—to protect or hunt for her in attempts to win her over. Eagla enjoys strategic hunts and games, as it challenges both the mind and body. Through the years, she has gotten acquainted with many friends; being extremely close to the level-headed ones, especially one named Divoria who she grown fond of because he is always by her side.
