Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

One chilly summers night out in the paddock under his favorite tree, an old eight year old Merino wether passed away in his sleep. The next day Keriel found him. Tears brimming in her eyes, Keriel buried her pet sheep and said her goodbyes.

George the Merino wether was adopted the same day and thus on hatching was named after the dearly loved pet. When memories of her pet get hard to deal with, Keriel knows that the dragon tribute to her pets life is always there. George's heart is soft and kind, even though she was named after a male, she doesn't care. To her all that matters is to soothe the pain of not only Keriel but the other dragons who have welcomed her into their home.
