Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Wrappap hangs out with Felicity and accompanies her as she goes about Lagie's cave wishing the various dragons a happy birthday. He thinks wrapping gifts in paper is a waste of good paper so he's come up with another way of presenting gifts. Each birthday dragon receives a small, carefully-folded replica of Wrappap himself, folded from one of his scales. He's done so many of these now that often he finishes folding before Felicity finishes singing.
