When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Sadaham is in charge of the Clan's water supply. Having much pride in his duty, Sadaham would not allow any dragon that hadn't taken a bath come near his lake. Since Sadaham's lake is the source of all of the springs and lakes that run across the Eastern land of the Clan, he is not someone to be crossed.
The clan's legend goes that Hamun, the leader of the troublesome gang of The Warriors, was careless and brave enough to challenge Sadaham by sabotaging his lake with her rotting game from a few weeks ago during her hatchling years. The result was devastating; fuming with rage (the older generation recalls the lake actually boiling, killing most of the aquatic life within-which serves as an explanation as to why the vast lake of Sadaham's lacks a reasonable variety of organisms even to this day) Sadaham cut off the water source immediately and refused to restore the depletion until Hamun came in dragon and apologized, a truly rare event.
