Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Saved from the cold of autumn as an egg by Persephonie, Frozenbluebreaze had a rough start to life. From the time he hatched he had the ability to look into others thoughts, give the gift of peaceful thoughts, and could control daydreams.He used this gift to his advantage, allowing people of hatred and anger to fall into an unbreakable trance. Thus he became a protector of dragons.If a dragon is scared by a human, he looks into their thoughts and decides whether they deserved to continue life in the real world, or not. If a dragon is in need of refuge from humans, they are free to come to Frozenbluebreaze. He lives in a cave 2 days glide west of Summit Peak, during the day he can usually be found on a cloud, monitoring the West Point human settlement. All dragons are welcome to visit at any time, though, there's usually a line. Frozenbluebreaze is glad to help any dragon that seeks him, just ask and he'll help.
