Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nemutteiru Chikyu, meaning Sleeping Earth, is a quiet dragon who likes to sleep deep beneath the earth. He often digs deep tunnels into the ground so he can sleep, and often makes mazes in the earth which the younger hatchlings play in during the day. Nemutteiru isn't particularly fond of the hatchlings doing so but he only ever mumbles and grumbles about it, rather than kicking them out.
