Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Tunak is exactly what the name implies; a shoulder dragon. When its owner was asleep, the little hatchling tried to hop up onto her shoulder to snuggle. She was startled and cast a freezing spell out of fear, stopping Tunaks aging. Since then, Tunak has been happier than ever, surprisingly. It enjoys climbing up onto its owner or other adult dragons when it can, snuggling or just keeping itself and whoever it climbs on warm. Since it was frozen before it grew wings, Tunak can only crawl, climb, and sometimes pounce like a cat. Beware though, late at night, walking into the cave results in a 'Tunak-attack!', which is simply being pounced on by the little hatchling.
