A truly odd bird, Semai-Niwatori is, paradoxically, far more comfortable around the large breeds than she is around the smaller and Pygmy dragons. And although she is hardly the first animal to gain some mastery of the draconian tongue, it is certainly not a feat one would ever expect of a "mere chicken".
