Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Given his parents, Olos was going to grow up either loving music or utterly loathing it.  Music surrounded him from the time he hatched and both parents watched him eagerly for any sign of a musical gift.  If Olos squeaked out a few notes of a hatchling song, then his mother tried to give him singing lessons, and if he tapped his claws against stone in something approaching a rhythm, then his father immediately started him on dragondrum lessons.  Olos showed no sign of interest in anything musical, though, to the disappointment of both parents, and finally fled to begin a new life elsewhere.  He grew so sick of music in any form during his hatchling years that any dragon who so much as hums a few notes in his presence will be sternly growled at.
