Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ursa is the hunter of the Dragons of Mistcloud Island. He has the speed and cunningness of a fox, but he's faster and Stronger. He is usually providing all three full meals to his nest-mates, catching the prey with ease. Once he's done hunting for the day, he comes home and plays with all the hatchlings, almost acting like one. Although he's easy to give all of the dragons smiles, him and Crematorium are not the best of buddies. They always end up in fights over who's to hunt for the rest of the dragons.
